InvoiceNow Fair 2026 Recap: The Digital Foundation for AI Business Transformation
Our sincere thanks to everyone who visited Aristou Pte Ltd at IMDA’s InvoiceNow Fair 2026. It was a pleasure meeting so many business owners, finance professionals, partners and industry peers.
We are grateful for the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and build new relationships that we hope will grow into long-term partnerships.
This year’s fair reinforced one key message: the future of AI-enabled business transformation begins with trusted digital foundations, and InvoiceNow is helping businesses build them.
As an InvoiceNow-Ready Solution Provider (IRSP), Aristou was delighted to welcome visitors to Booth A10, where we had meaningful conversations with SMEs from a wide range of industries.
Many were exploring how to integrate InvoiceNow with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, while others were beginning their cloud ERP journey and seeking practical guidance on modernising their finance operations.
One message resonated throughout the event: InvoiceNow is far more than an e-invoicing network.
As Mr Johnson Poh, Assistant Chief Executive of IMDA’s Enterprise Transformation and Innovation Group, shared in his keynote: InvoiceNow is one of Singapore’s Digital Utilities, providing trusted, structured and standardised invoice data that enables businesses to streamline operations, strengthen financial workflows, and establish the high-quality data foundation required for AI to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
This important shift reveals 1 key secret SMEs need to know: while AI continues to transform the way businesses operate, its effectiveness depends on the quality, consistency and accessibility of the underlying data.
Technologies such as InvoiceNow provide the structured digital foundation that allows automation and AI initiatives to scale with greater confidence, accuracy and governance.
The fair also showcased how InvoiceNow supports Singapore’s broader digital transformation strategy by helping businesses digitalise core finance processes, improve operational efficiency, and prepare for AI adoption in a practical and sustainable way.
Another exciting announcement was the upcoming InvoiceNow Skills Library- a shared ecosystem initiative that will offer reusable AI Skills for common invoicing workflows.
By enabling solution providers to leverage pre-built AI capabilities, the Skills Library aims to simplify InvoiceNow implementation, improve operational productivity and accelerate AI adoption across Singapore’s digital ecosystem.
InvoiceNow Fair 2026 highlighted the collective effort across government agencies, technology partners like Aristou and SMEs to make this vision a reality.
As organizations continue their digital transformation journey, establishing trusted digital foundations will be essential for unlocking the full potential of automation and AI.
